Training in the Complex of Simulators
The complex covers all the compartments of a real ship. It consists of :
- Navigation and ship handling simulator, system TRANSAS NT Pro 4000, the best system that exists in Romanian universities;
- ER Simulator ERS L11 MAN B &W 5 L90MC, integrated by Kongsberg Maritime Ship Systems A.S. Norway;
- GMDSS Simulator, Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, for terrestrial or satellite maritime radio communications, Digital Selective Calling System, VHF, MF,HF, NAVTEX;
- Simulator of liquid bulk cargo handling, certified Det Norske Veritas Class A, B, C- Cargo Handling;
Simulator of loading Auto-Hydro ships, purchased from AutoShip Systems Corporation, Vancouver, Canada;
